Someone needs to “Jolt” Joe to his senses!
Joe “the human gaffe machine” Biden is at it again. In his op-ed article in the New York Times, the well-know plagiarist (Biden) is spewing garbage again. Old Sheriff Hairplugs wants to “set the record straight” on President Obama’s “jolting” stimulus plan.
“Notwithstanding this progress, the nature of the Recovery Act remains misunderstood by many, and misconstrued by others: critics have suggested that the entire $787 billion is being spent on pet programs. As the person leading the administration’s efforts to put the Recovery Act into effect, I want to set the record straight,” Joe “the Villages (Idiot)” Biden wrote in his op-ed piece.
So, now we have Biden trying to explain to the American public something he and the Obama administration “misread.” Biden continues to toe-the-line with the claims of “create and or saved jobs” and how they have saved firefighters, police officers and teachers from being laid off.
“The care with which we are carrying out the provisions of the Recovery Act has led some people to ask whether we are moving too slowly. But the act was intended to provide steady support for our economy over an extended period — not a jolt that would last only a few months. Instead of quick-hit rebates, we are giving Americans a tax cut in each paycheck. Instead of pumping out all the state aid immediately, we are spreading it over the two years that it will be needed,” Biden wrote.
JB sure has a short term memory. On June 2nd, in remarks to business leaders from across the country, where the discussion on how the Recovery Act is not just creating and saving jobs, but also creating new business opportunities, Joe the Sheriff said this:
“Well, folks, tell me how we’re going to lead the 21st century without a fundamental change in our energy policy? Tell me how we’re going to do it with costs of premiums of health care escalating 54 percent over the last seven years without gaining control of that? Tell me how we’re going to do it without revamping American education? We don’t have a choice in our view. That’s why we submitted the robust budget we submitted. So, what is the message that Joe and Obama are trying to get out? Was the stimulus to jolt or not to jolt. Both the President and Joe claimed it was to jolt the economy but now it wasn’t? What about the claim that the administration’s progress has been right on target?
Just a few weeks ago it was how they “misread the economy” after claiming for months that this is the ”worst since the Great Depression.” Maybe its how they are “saving and or creating jobs” while unemployment creeps towards 10 percent? Or is it that the unstimulating stimulus plan is “working as it was intended?”
I believe it is working as intended. The Obama administration knew the stimulus would not work or produce jobs (thats a 4 letter word Joe). People continue to lose jobs as unemployment hit a 26 year high of 9.5 percent. People who lose their jobs…eventually lose their health insurance and…BLAM…Health care reform is needed. The plan is indeed working as intended!
What is in their sights next? Education and Immigration. Be afraid…be very afraid. I’m sure we will have it all “explained” to us when Joe the Sheriff and Obama the economist/doctor/car saleman-in-chief takes on these reforms.
