He Said it but He Didn’t?
Looks like our Dear Leader is upset about Naked Emperor News posting videos about his ObamaCare “reform” bill. In a weak attempt of a counter-punch, our Dear Leader sent out Linda Douglas, Communications Director for the Office of Health Reform, to spin another White House lie.
First, has anyone else noticed the new term that the Dear Leader and his blind followers are using. It use to be HEALTH CARE REFORM, now they commonly try to use the new term of HEALTH CARE INSURANCE REFORM to throw the mindless followers off the trail. Its easy to get a liberal/progressive off topic.
I posted the video by Naked Emperor News a few days ago under an article entitled “Obama’s Goal: To Ultimately Eliminate Private Insurance.” In the video, you get to listen to Obama, in his own words, say “I happen to be a proponent of single-payer, universal health care plans.” Then there is a clip from 2007, while Obama was running for President, where he said “But I don’t think we’re going to be able to ELIMINATE EMPLOYER COVERAGE IMMEDIATELY. There’s going to be potentially some transition process. I can envision a decade out, or 15 years out, or 20 years out.”
So, now we have the Dear Leader’s weak attempt to charge that people are only taking bits and pieces of what HE CLEARLY SAID and using them against his health insurance reform…oops…health care reform…or is that health care co-op? Just another attempt to confuse the weak minded folks who follow the magic of hope and change.
So, in the video, Linda Douglas ( ex ABC news reporter) comes out and says one of her jobs “is to keep track of all the disinformation that is out there about health insurance reform.” Wow, where do I sign up for this job? Maybe she should have been helping our Dear Leader form a plan to communicate his ideas better?
She continues by claiming people are “cherry-picking” bits and pieces out of our Dear Leader’s sentences and phrases to scare people. Making it “look like he is saying something he didn’t really say”.Then in typical liberal style, instead of debating the original video that shows the Dear Leader…opening his mouth and saying those “cherry-picked” words and phrases [you know…the ones he didn’t really say] , Douglas shows us a video that has nothing to do with the debate.
“So what happens is that because he’s talking to the American people so much [that is an understatement], there are people out there with a computer and a lot of free time[included herself], and they take a phrase here and there — they simply cherry-pick and put it together[like she did in the White House video], to “make it sound like he’s saying something that he didn’t really say,” Douglas contends.
The only facts she neglected to speak upon is that these words and phrases came directly from the mouth of our Dear Leader. Did she just wave her hands in front of the television and say “You did hear these words…continue on” as if she has the ability to erase our memory? The video shows our Dear Leader with his mouth moving and you can definitely hear those words and phrases coming out.
Does Linda Douglas want us to not believe what spilled from our Dear Leader’s mouth? I believe most of us who didn’t drink the magic Kool-aid are already miles ahead of her. Watch the videos and listen for yourself.
Did you hear those “cherry-picked” words from Obama and Barney Frank? Single payer is the trojan horse being pushed as the “public option.” Do you hear what I hear?
