Obama the Hypocrite
President Obama has been publicly denouncing Wall Street for the bonuses they are paying out. However, Obama the hypocrite does not seem to mind these same executives forking over $30,400 to attend a Democratic Party fund-raising dinner at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. 200 big money donors will be attending this fund-raiser with Obama. Four of the seven “co-chairs” work in the finance sector and the Democrats say about a third will come from the industry.
It is a bad thing when Wall Street executives receive huge bonuses but it is acceptable when they spend $30,400 to hang out with the President of the United States? Talking about being hypocritical. Obama frowns then turns around to stick his hand out for donations. Way to go hypocrite-in-chief, king of the double-talk.
Even at the dinner, President Obama took swipes at the Wall Street executives for their “reckless speculation and deceptive practices and short-sightedness and self-interestedness from a few.” This was nothing more than hot air. After scolding them, Obama quickly accepted the $15,200 for a single ticket and the $30,400 for couples.
This has been Obama’s modus operandi since entering politics. Saying one thing while doing the direct opposite. If there was an award for being the best double-talker, Obama definitely deserves to win that
